Ordering
Processing times
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and prepared for shipment. Custom orders may require additional time, and we will keep you updated throughout the process.
What size should I buy?
Our prints are available in a number of popular sizes to suit your space. Please see our size guide for an idea of the relative sizes of our prints. The exact sizes of our prints are as follows:
- 20 x 25 cm (8 x 10 inches)
- 30 x 40 cm (12 x 16 inches)
- 40 x 60 cm (16 x 24 inches)
- 50 x 70 cm (20 x 28 inches)
- 60 x 80 cm (24 x 32 inches)
- 70 x 100 cm (28 x 40 inches)
Framing
Our prints are currently sold without frames, so you are purchasing the print only. We will be offering framed versions of our prints to buy online soon. If you have any questions about framing, please send us a message and we can assist you further.
Shipping
Shipping costs
Shipping for current catalogue items is free of charge. For custom prints or bulk orders, additional shipping charges may apply. If you have any questions about shipping costs, feel free to reach out to us.
Couriers and delivery times
We ship worldwide using trusted couriers such as UPS, FedEx and DHL. Accurate shipping times will be provided during the checkout process, based on your location.
Shipping time estimates by location:
United Kingdom: 3-4 business days
European Union: 5-10 business days
North America: 4-5 business days
Rest of the world: 5-15 business days
Packaging
We take great care to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition. All prints are carefully packaged using sturdy materials to prevent damage during transit.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact us, and we will assist you promptly.
Returns & exchanges
Lost or damaged items
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us and we will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or providing a refund.
